Educational Talent Search and Upward Bound programs serving 5 middle schools and 6 high schools in Yuma and LaPaz Counties to help low income/first generation students prepare for, enroll in and complete college

- Provide college preparation programs that guide students for successful admission into the Arizona university system
- Provide financial aid awareness
- Provide mentoring to help students better prepare for the challenges of postsecondary education
